If you are looking to buy or sell, we are happy to arrange a free market appraisal of your property and discuss your marketing requirements. There are no upfront fees to pay, if we cannot sell your property within the agreed marketing period, there is no fee.
We have a vast experience when dealing with Boundary Disputes, Party Wall Matters, Property Refurbishments and Compulsory Purchase Orders. Most recently, we have negotiated a number of Compulsory Purchase Claims on behalf of our clients; our most notable claims negotiated include the
Camp Hill Regeneration Scheme and the Coventry City Churches. Across all claims, we have provided ongoing support for our clients and negotiated settlements at higher values than that originally offered to our instructing clients.
Whether you are a buying or selling your home or purchasing an investment property, we provide an all-inclusive service from a free Open Market Valuation to offering a house / flat buyer report on your new property. We market your property in our local office and on our website, including advertising on market leading portals. such as Rightmove and CoStar, to make sure your property is seen by the largest audience, in hopes of achieving the best possible price.
Whether you be a first-time or experienced Residential or Commercial Landlord, we have you covered. We offer two levels of service for our Residential Landlord Clients, being Fully Managed or Let-Only.
