Marketing your property and arranging viewings to then find and reference prospective tenants. Once tenants have been found, we will prepare the tenancy agreements and any pertinent notices.
Course and Shelton will collect the first month’s rent and security deposit and deal with matters relating to the tenant’s deposit scheme.
We will notify utility companies and local authorities that the tenant has now changed.
In addition to the let-only service, we prepare an inventory with photographic schedule of condition.
We collect the rental on a monthly basis and account to you for all monies received, together with any property expenditure incurred. We undertake regular inspections, to ensure that your property is being well cared for. Should time come when your tenants wish to vacate, we will conduct a final inspection and recommend any wants of work, should they be appropriate.
We will also arrange for any routine repairs on your property within authorised expenditure limits, by
our trusted contractors.
